Please read these terms of service carefully before purchasing and downloading any digital products.
Return Policy
Digital products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Once you purchase and download a product, you agree that you have received the full benefit of the product and that we have fulfilled our obligations under this agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before purchasing it, please contact us at info@wickydesign.com.
Warranties or Representations
Products are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representations or warranties and disclaim all liability, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the products. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the products at any time, without notice.
Terms of Service
Buyers may contact us with special requests for services. Wicky Design is not responsible for fulfilling any special requests and all requests fulfilled are at our discretion.
Payment
Payments are made to Wicky Design, LLC. Buyer agrees to pay the total sum listed on the product at the time of purchase. Payments are made securely through Paypal.
Reproduction
Wicky Design retains the right to use completed designs for promotional purposes. This is included but is not limited to our website, social media channels, and promotional videos.
Ownership
Products in our store are delivered instantly upon purchase and are single-entity licenses. Buyers are not allowed to resell items. All items purchased in the store can be modified and edited however you’d like. Attribution is not required but always appreciated.
Wicky Design is not responsible for registering or verifying any desired trademarks. The buyer acknowledges that any designs created by Wicky Design represent ideas and concepts only. Wicky Design will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement cases arising from the use of any materials purchased and downloaded from the site.
Communications
We may use your name and email address provided to us at time of purchase to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials.
Security
The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes to this agreement
We may modify this agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we will post the updated agreement on our website or provide notice to you in another manner we deem appropriate. Your continued use of the products after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
